1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, requesting an inspection, or accessing the website of KR Pest Control Services PVT. LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not book our services or use our website.

2. Services Rendered

We provide residential, commercial, and industrial pest control, chemical barrier installation, baiting, exclusion, and wildlife rescue services. The exact scope of work, target pests (e.g. termites, bed bugs, cockroaches, rodents), treatment methods, and pricing will be specified in the written Service Contract or quotation provided following our inspection.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Access

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. To complete treatments effectively, clients must provide our technicians with full access to all areas of the property at the scheduled time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a scheduling fee.

4. Pricing, Estimates & Payment Terms

All pricing quotes are based on our initial property inspection and the estimated severity of the infestation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For commercial contracts or large-scale projects, billing schedules will be outlined in the contract terms. We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Warranty and Re-Treatment Guarantees

Many of our services include a written warranty period (e.g., a 5-year warranty for termite barrier treatments). If the target pests return during the warranty period, we will perform follow-up treatments at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:

• The client must follow all post-treatment safety and sanitation recommendations provided by our technicians.
• The structure must not undergo structural modifications or water damage that disrupts the applied chemical barriers.
• The warranty only applies to the specific areas treated and the target pests listed in the contract.

6. Client Responsibilities & Property Preparation

Clients must prepare their property for treatment as instructed by our team (e.g., covering food items, vacating the property for specific liquid sprays, or clearing access paths). We are not responsible for treatment delays or reduced efficacy resulting from a failure to complete these preparations.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, KR Pest Control Services PVT. LTD is not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural damage caused by pest infestations before our treatment.
• Accidental damage to pipes or electrical wiring located inside walls during drilling, provided our technicians followed standard drilling procedures.
• Any health reactions resulting from a failure to follow post-treatment ventilation or safety instructions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
